Dogs sleep between 12 and 20 hours a day. While we're out living our lives — working, running errands, catching up with friends — our dogs are home, waiting. And during those long hours alone, the one place they return to again and again is their bed.
That's not just a piece of furniture. That's their sanctuary.
The Meaning Behind COJA
In Korean, "코 자" (COJA) means "sleep soundly" — the gentle words a mother whispers to her child at bedtime. "코 자자" — go to sleep, little one.
We chose this name because it captures exactly what we believe in: that caring for someone's sleep is an act of love. Just as a mother tends to her child's rest, we believe every dog owner wants the same for their pup — a warm, safe place where they can truly let go and sleep deeply.
COJA is that wish, extended to every member of the family.
Why We Started COJA
We started COJA with a simple but deeply felt belief: a dog's bed is more than a place to sleep. It's their safe space, their comfort zone, their cradle. It's where they dream, recover, and feel at peace — especially during the hours they spend waiting for you to come home.
Too many dogs spend those hours on floors, old blankets, or beds that weren't designed with their physical and emotional wellbeing in mind. We wanted to change that.
What We Do
At COJA, we carefully curate and develop dog beds that go beyond the basics. Every product in our collection is selected — or designed — with three things in mind:

We also invest in research. Our team is actively working to develop our own line of beds — built from years of studying how dogs sleep, rest, and find comfort — so that one day, every COJA bed is one we've designed from the ground up, just for them.
