Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after your order is placed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During busy periods, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may take slightly longer.

Shipping Area

COJA currently ships within the United States only.

We do not currently offer international shipping. If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Shipping Origin

COJA Curated items ship from within the United States.

We select these products to provide a smoother delivery experience, easier tracking, and faster transit compared to long-distance international shipping.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, the item ordered, and the shipping carrier.

Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after shipment. Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

From time to time, COJA may offer free shipping promotions or shipping discounts. Any applicable shipping promotion will be shown at checkout or stated clearly on the website.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives your package.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@cojapets.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order has been processed or shipped.

COJA is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing may be affected by the carrier.

If your package is significantly delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@cojapets.com with your order number and any relevant photos or details. We will review the issue and help you with the next steps.

PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and Remote Areas

Shipping to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote areas may be limited depending on the item and carrier.

If we are unable to ship to your address, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.
