Size & Fit
This is a round nest bed with a raised bolster rim. The size name shows the outer diameter in inches — that is the full footprint of the bed. The inner sleeping area is the flat space your dog actually curls up in, and it is considerably smaller. Match your dog to the inner area, not the outer diameter.
| Size | Outer diameter | Inner sleeping area (approx.) | Recommended dog weight | Example breeds |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| M (20" / 50cm) | 19.7" (50 cm) | 11.8" (30 cm) | Up to 11 lbs | Chihuahua, Yorkshire Terrier, Pomeranian, Maltese, Toy Poodle |
| L (24" / 60cm) | 23.6" (60 cm) | 14.2" (36 cm) | 11–22 lbs | Shih Tzu, Miniature Dachshund, Miniature Schnauzer, Boston Terrier |
| XL (28" / 70cm) | 27.6" (70 cm) | 16.5" (42 cm) | 22–40 lbs | French Bulldog, Beagle, Pembroke Welsh Corgi, Cocker Spaniel |
| 2XL (35" / 90cm) | 35.4" (90 cm) | 21.3" (54 cm) | 40–70 lbs | Border Collie, Australian Shepherd, Springer Spaniel, Standard Poodle |
| 3XL (43" / 110cm) | 43.3" (110 cm) | 26.0" (66 cm) | 70–110 lbs | Labrador Retriever, Golden Retriever, German Shepherd, Doberman |
The inch figure in each size name is the rounded outer diameter, shown so you can compare at a glance without converting from centimeters.
How to measure your dog
With your dog lying down in their usual sleeping position, measure from the tip of the nose to the base of the tail, then add 6–12 inches. That total is the minimum bed size to look for. If your dog sprawls out rather than curling up, or if you are between two sizes, size up.
